The thickness of Soft Package: 

The thickness of Soft Package should be limited. The change in thickness often leads to insufficient Retort/Autoclave sterilization time. Moreover, the thickness of soft package bag itself should be uniform between the bag and other bags.

Initial temperature: 

The temperature of the food in the bag before the Retort/Autoclave sterilization operation of the soft package often affects the mortality rate of the bacteria, so the establishment of the Retort/Autoclave sterilization conditions should have a given initial temperature.

Viscosity: 

Viscosity will affect heat transfer efficiency in the Retort/Autoclave. If the viscosity exceeds a given value, it will affect the bacterial lethality.
